Almost as frustrating as the tiredness is the contradictory advice you receive: either suffer in silence as your baby 'cries it out' or turn martyr and give up your own sleep to soothe her. The Baby Sleep Book steers away from such extremes, aiming instead to balance the needs of the whole family. It gives flexible, adaptable techniques for helping your baby go to sleep - and stay asleep.
